I'm also looking for this book! "Toppy and Floppy were just the same size, with waggling tales and friendly eyes. They slept in a box on a blanket of blue, when Toppy woke up, then Floppy did too." I read this book to my little brother a million times when we were kids and I remember practically every word. Good luck.
