I am looking for two books, i only know a few lines of them, and am looking for the titles.

One is about great grandpa bunny bunny, who made all the Easter eggs.

the other starts something like " Way up North in a land of ice and snow, is a funny little cottage, and guess who lives there, santa claus of course, and Mrs CLaus as well" or something like that.

If anyone knows the names of these books i would be much appreciative,
