Are any of the books which were published as a commemorative facsimile edition published on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Little Golden Books of any value?

There is not a lot of value unless it is in a complete set of them. There were so many made that the value is small.

My dad has a numbered (1293/2500) 50th-anniversary box set of the first twelve books - never opened, still in shrinkwrap, mint condition. I believe Dad received this as a gift from someone at Golden Books because Dad's company manufactured the custom box. What value might this have to a collector in today's market? Any insight or comments appreciated.

A collector would love this item. You can try selling on ebay for best price.

Thank you! How does international interest compare to domestic? What's a fair price in today's market?

Will there be a limited box set released for the 75th-anniversary?

I checked ebay they are listed from 45.00 to 60.00. In sold listings there are none sold.

There is a set coming out in July for the 75th with a surprise reissue of a book included.
