I have a near fine copy of a 1942 edition of the The Alphabet From A to Z in a fine dust jacket. On the copyright page there is no edition listed. I know that for these early printings the edition is listed just above the "All rights reserved..." statement on the copyright page. Does a lack of a stated edition or printing indicate that this is an unstated first edition or something else? Appreciate any information on this, Thanks Dennis
