The little golden book was about an animal (racoon?) who visits the beach, ca. 1980s. In the story he helps turn over a ladybug stuck in a sandy puddle, builds a sand castle and decorates it with seashells and drift wood collected on the beach. On line in the book is regarding watching seagulls, and goes something like, "he swooped down and came back up with a fish in his beak." Please help!
