looking for a book I believe was called the red geranium, about a woman who was sad about the condition of her home. A neighbor gave her a flower that she placed on her table, only to make the look all the worse in comparison to the flower. The woman ended up painting her table, then making new curtains and on and on. When her family came home that day, she had a wonderful dinner waiting for them and the house was all fixed up. I had this book as a child in the early '60's. It was probably from the 50's era. Would appreciate any info, Author, correct title, etc. Thanks, Jbh
