Hi, I would like to know the value of LGB titled; Doctor Dan The Bandage Man. It is not in mint condition nor does it still have the band aids. The first page is torn off at the bottom. There is on the top of the first page "Reissued on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of LGB. The binder is in good condition a couple of the pages has some pen marks on them.
I work at Good Will and a customer told me this book would be worth something and that I should buy it. I am always eager to learn about what is worth more and what it is priced lower and well. Since I bought it for .50 cents anything over that would be very impressive.
Any book with torn out pages has no value. The 50th anniversary was in 1992 so the book is only 10 years old. If it was in mint shape( like new), it would only be worth a couple bucks.
