I am searching for a book about a little girl with a pebble that turns rainbow colors underwater, she shows it to a neighbor girl and they become best friends until one moves away. She leaves the pebble with her friend and she meets a new girl to share the "magic" friendship rock with. I cannot remember the name of the book, but any help would be great! Thank you!
