The value would be the same. The Sesame Street one is harder to find .
The back covers, being the same on different titles are printed up by the thousands in advance of a books printing. In the case of the same title/number, having a different back cover, they used up the back covers they had before using a new back cover design. The Bert and Ernie back cover was produced after the other.

I need help determining the value of Rudolph The Red-nosed Reindeer. I have two identical copies of the book. Each book is marked .49 cents and number 331 on the front cover. Each book is marked Twenty-Second Printing, 1976. However, on the back cover there are differences. The last train car between Bugg’s Bunny and the red caboose holds different characters. One has Bert & Ernie and the other has the little grey and black tabby kitten. Why the difference and what is the value? Thanks!
