We have been collecting Little Golden Books for about 20 years. One item that we have not been able to find, and have never even seen is the Toodle figure to a ceramic "Little Golden Book Land" train set that came out in the 90s(?). The set consisted of five pieces (as far as we know): Tootle, Pokey Little Puppy, Tawny Scrawny Lion, Little Brown Bear and Katy Caboose. Has anyone ever seen this set? We have the other four pieces but have never run across Toodle. Any information would really be helpful Thanks!
TOOTLE IS THE TRAIN ENGINE. IT IS ALSO A MUSIC BOX( OTHER COLLECTORS WANT) SO IT IS HARD TO COME BY. I SEARCHED EBAY FOR YEARS BEFORE I FOUND ONE. I DO HAVE EXTRAS OF ALL THE OTHER PIECES.
