I am new to LGB collecting and a little confused. I have figured out how to tell what edition a book is but I do not understand the printing number. What is the difference between the printing # and the edition? How do I know what printing a book is? Thank you so much for your time. jami
What edition and what printing a book is means the same thing. Editions are usually A, B ,C and that is 1st, 2nd and 3rd printings. In the newer books it will sometimes say 1st printing and the subsequent printings are not noted.
