Confused I WAS RECENTLY ABLE TO GET A COPY OF THESE 3 LITTLE GOLDEN BOOKS.

1. GASTON AND JOSEPHINE-- A--WITH 2 COPY RIGHTS..1933 AND 1948. BOOK IS IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION.NO WRINKLES, RIPS , WRITING,NO NAME WRITTEN IN COVER.FRONT COVER HAS VERY SLIGHT SHELF WEAR. PAPER ON BINDING GREAT AND ALL INTACT. YOU CAN SEE WHERE RUSTY STAPLES ARE ON THE FRONT THOUGH BUT NOT TORN.

2.TWO LITTLE MINERS---A 1949 #66 ALSO NEAR PERFECT COND. NO WRINKLES OF PAGES, RIPS, WRITING ANYWHERE IN THE BOOK. BROWN PAPER ON BINDING IS GREAT. COVER HAS VERY SLIGHT SHELF WEAR. RUSTY STAPLE STARTING TO BLEED THROUGH AT THE BOTTOM BUT THERE IS NO HOLE.

3. A YEAR IN THE CITY---A--1948 #48 I THINK. SAME CONDITION AS THE 2 ABOVE. THIS ONE DOES HAVE A VERY TINY SPOT AT THE TOP OF THE FRONT COVER NEAR BINDING THAT IS STARTING TO TEAR.

ANY ADVICE ON WHAT THESE BOOKS MIGHT BE WORTH?

PLEASE HELP!

Hi,
The first two books mentioned would be worth around $30.00 if they are in mint condition and first editions. The third book, "A Year in the City" would be worth around $25.00 if a first edition in mint condition. Later editions or conditions less than mint will bring in a lower price. Hope this helps!
