i am looking for a book from when i was little. Memories are pretty vague but it involved kids going to school. I think it may have been raining and i think they may have possibly been dressed up as superheroes or possibly maybe halloween costumes ? it's been driving me nuts. Thanks if anyone can help.

The Make Believe Parade is about children walking in the rain to school. David and Tony were walking to school saying hayfoot, strawfoot which meant right foot, left foot.As they picked up friends they all pretended to be fireman, engineer,nurse,pilot,policeman,mother.
