Hello!
I recently found a little golden book, and I don't know how to tell which edition it is or if it's worth anything. The title on the cover reads "words" but on the inside page, says The Little Golden Book of Words" by Selm Lola Chambers.
ON the cover, the top right says C-45 and the top left says 39 cents (in a symbol)
I looked on the last page (after reading your FAQs) and it has DD near the spine in the bottom right corner.
Can someone tell me what these numbers mean? The book is in excellent condition and I'm hoping to sell it on ebay. Thanks!
~Sarah
39 cent books came out in 1968.Letters A through Z are the 1st through 26th editions , then they started AA, BB,CC,DD. So your book is a 30th edition of this title. The value is probably a couple dollars but good luck on your sale.
