No I don't think that's it. The one I'm thinking of has a different pic on the front, the kitten is light blue and maybe has a bow. The story is about a dirty kitten that gets washed and/or it jumps into some blue water it turns it light blue. I'm not sure If I'm remebering the story correctly but I seem to think a little girl adopted the kitten, but it was the last one left or something, because it was dirty and she was disapointed. They cleaned the kitten up and accidently turned it blue.

My favourite LGB was about the white kitten who had blue paint spilled on him. I got this as a birthday present in the 60's. Is it one of these as I would like to know the name.
