I am looking for a book about little fairy water babies. This is not the one by Kingsly. I use to read this book to my sister when she was small. She was born in 1948 and was about 4-5 when I read it. The book is similar to a golden book and had just a few pages (at least a dozen or more). It was very colorful. The little babies lived in the water lilies and other flowers and played with the tadpoles, fish and frogs and etc.I figured it was probably published in the early 1950's or late 1940's.
