Little Golden Books began in 1942. The anniversary editions for 50 years were 1992. It is a little confusing because some books from 1993 say something about 60 years of golden books????? I have and bought these editions in 1992. Good luck with your collecting.
I have been doing some looking at older little golden books. I have been trying to get a few that I used to read myself, for my grandchildren. Is there anyone who knows when Little Golden Books was started and when was the 50th anniversary. Some of the books that I bought were anniversary editions.
